Caldera de Taburiente National Park

Caldera de Taburiente National Park

Visitlapalma

Enter the National Park, and contemplate its jagged cliffs and pine forests as you go down into its centre interior is a highlight of a trip to La Palma and not to be missed. Listen to the shouts and squeals of people taking a dip in the stream, makes it even more special. Feel how all your muscles relax in the water, after the hard hike. Descend the ravine, taking time to admire the capricious rock forms. Imagine the geological processes involved, and the park’s human history.

Although it can be done all year round, July is a good month for camping in the National Park. Please, do not forget that you need a permit for it and you can request it online.
